Pasture- Raised. Organically-Fed. Soy-Free.
Our Chickens are Freedom Rangers or Cornish Cross. They receive top-quality USDA certified Organic Feed, free of soy. The Chickens are raised in Salatin-style mobile pens on pasture from March through November.
We move the chickens to fresh pasture 1-2 times daily, depending on the size and age of the chickens. They have constant access to clean fresh water, fresh air, sunshine, bugs, and
a diverse mix of grasses and legumes.
Form follows Function.
You will notice that our Chicken has beautiful, golden-yellow skin and fat and clean, striated breasts. If the look of our Chicken alone does not convince you of the integrity of the meat, then the taste undoubtedly will.
