We raise California/New Zealand/Satin crosses. All of our Rabbits are bred on-farm - focusing on meat quality, fat distribution, and vitality. We process all Rabbits on farm as well to ensure freshness and top-quality.

Our Rabbits are raised in sanitary, suspended hutches and in mobile pens on pasture from April to November. They receive handfuls of freshly-harvested greens, twigs, and leaves in addition to their USDA certified Organic feed pellets (free of corn & soy) on a daily basis.

Our Rabbits are expertly processed on-farm with utmost attention to detail. All of the fat is retained on the carcass surrounding the shoulders, groin, and kidneys for unparalleled flavor, texture, and freshness.

Rabbits are pasture-based - moved to fresh ground two times per day. They consume protein-rich, fresh-growth grasses, dandelions, comfrey, and various hand-cut branches and leaves.

A well-rounded, diverse diet keeps our Rabbits healthy, robust, and vital.

Genetic-control ensures quality, vigor, and resilience. We do not rely on industry genetics or supply for our growing Rabbits.
