We raise American Guinea hogs, Gloucester Old Spots, and Kunekunes—all purebred heritage breeds. These breeds have received the Slow Food Movement Arc of Taste award, and you’ll notice the difference.
This is a different product than grocery store pork. Raised on pasture and forest forage for 12-18 months, this pork is marbled, dark, and flavorful.
Our pasture- and forest-raised hogs enjoy a locally grown, organic grain mix (free of corn and soy) soaked in dairy or dairy byproducts as a supplement to their foraging and browsing. Finished on organic apples and pears.

Our breeds of pigs produce beautifully marbled, quality meat.
All traditional cuts are available with some specialties thrown in - shoulder bacon, black pepper bacon, chipotle bacon, rosemary garlic sausage, blueberry sausage, and more!
*Our Pigs are fed USDA Organic Barley, local yogurt and whey, and organic apples and other fruits in addition to their pasture and woodland foraging.
*Our Pigs NEVER receive antibiotics, hormones, or vaccinations.

Ordering a whole or half-hog is a great way to economize while getting a variety of everything. Split an order with friends & family and everyone can pick which cuts of meat and flavors of sausage they like—win-win!
When you order a half or whole hog, we’ll be in touch to guide you through choosing your cuts. You can choose whether you’d like to receive the fat, bones, and organs or not.
You’ll pay a deposit of 50% of the approximate weight of the hog. We’ll confirm your order and provide delivery dates and times. You’ll pay the remainder of the order upon delivery
Half Hog: $10.25/lb, average weight 60 lbs, typical cost $615. *can request head, tongue, organs, ears, tail, bones, LARD (rendered).
Whole Hog : $10.25/lb, average weight 120 lbs, typical cost $1,230 *can request head, tongue, organs, ears, tail, bones, LARD (rendered).
