Our meat ducks are exclusively Grimaud Pekins - originating from the French strain of Pekin duck. These ducks possess a flavor and texture unlike any other. The deep burgundy meat and salubrious skin will have your mouth watering.

Our Ducks have constant access to fresh clean water, open air, insects, and diverse pasture species made up of grasses, legumes, forbs, and shrubs.

The Ducks spend their days wading in their pools, foraging for high-protein wild foods, and relaxing in the shade provided by our trees and shrubs (hazelnuts, chestnuts, hickories, currants, apples, mulberries, and persimmons).

 

We produce whole ducks, duck breasts, legs, and wings. Duck meat is exquisite with the skin expressing subtleties of fried potatoes and the meat reminiscent of steak.
